Daimo · practice environment

You are far more than you think you are

Daimo is a practice environment: Daimo 100 — a hundred days of daily practice: body, breath, awareness — guided by an AI mentor that remembers your path.

What we're building

Course, AI mentor, community

The model in one line: recorded course free for everyone; live cohorts paid (affordable, with scholarship access); AI mentor & app as the venture layer.

01

Daimo 100

A hundred days of daily practice: body, breath, awareness. One short video with one task per day, 30–60 minutes of practice, weekly live sessions. Long enough for practice to become culture, not a sprint.

02

AI mentor

The daimon — named after the ancient idea of an inner guiding spirit — reads your daily reflections, remembers your whole path, and gives feedback grounded in specific frameworks of inner work. A human steps in for critical situations.

03

Community

Shared morning practice calls, small accountability groups, peers who are on the same hundred days. Retention lives here as much as in the product.

Why now

Personal guidance just became scalable

Habit apps track streaks; human mentors don't scale. LLMs make personalized, context-aware guidance of a daily practice possible for the first time — a mentor that remembers three weeks of your reflections costs cents, not hours.

Traction

Validated live. Scaling next.

Founder

Igor Felitsin

Igor Felitsin, founder of Daimo

Builder on both sides of the product

Entrepreneur · certified breathwork facilitator · practice teacher

Igor built two businesses past ₽1B in revenue — and lost both. He rebuilt himself through the same practices Daimo now teaches: daily bodywork, breathwork, contemplative practice. That's the founder-market fit here: he is the user this product was built for, a decade early.

Certified facilitator of Grof Legacy Training (breathwork). Philosophy degree (Moscow State University), Executive MBA (Skolkovo). He led the pilot cohort personally, end to end.

“The course is the gift I wish someone had given the earlier version of me.”
What helps us now

Building in the open. Say hi.

Useful right now: expertise and honest feedback · mentorship from people who've built consumer products · distribution and partnerships · early conversations of any kind.
